The Only Fools and Horses Reliant Robin is going to auction on 27 March and you could buy it.
Offered via Silverstone Auctions on 27 March as part of its The Race Retro Live Online Auction, the 1972 Reliant Regal Supervan III which is one of the original half dozen Reliants from the 1980s sitcom. And it’s one of the most recognisable vehicles from British television.
According to Sliverstone Auctions, this van has been lightly used by its present owner for six years. And has gone through some recommissioning, including new tyres, the brakes overhauled and the fuel system checked through. The van remains unique with the fluffy dice, ‘Tax in the Post’ sign in the wind screen and the inflatable doll in the rear window is from one of the episode: ‘Danger UXD’.
The van comes with some BBC headed paper confirming it was one of the Reliants used in Only Fools and Horses.
