Meet the most powerful Hennessey truck ever, the Venom 800…805hp and it’ll hit 100km/h in less than four seconds.
The Hennessey Venom 800 Supercharged will be limited to just 100 units and is based on the all-new 2021 Ford F-150. That didn’t take long, the thing was only released the other day.
The jump off point for the Venom 800 Supercharged is a Ford F-150 Platinum Edition Super Crew four-door running a 5.0L V8, 10-speed automatic and four-wheel drive. Hennessey then bolts on a 3.0L supercharger system making 8psi of boost, a high-flow cold air induction system, upgraded fuel injectors, upgraded fuel pump so it doesn’t starve when it’s being pushed, a stainless steel exhaust for plenty of drama and chassis dyno tuning.
And then, wahlah, you end up with double the power of the stock F-150 and 100hp more than the Ram TRX. Yep, the Venom Supercharged thumps out 805hp on E85 fuel.
Hennessey reckons it’ll get to 96km/h in just 3.6 seconds and that’s just incredible given the size of this vehicle, and it nails the quarter mile in 11.9 seconds with a trap speed of 185km/h. And it gets stonking Brembo brakes and 20-inch alloys wrapped in 35-inch rubber.
On top of all that is an off-road suspension upgrade with beefed up shocks with external reservoirs and a six-inch lift. New front bumper with LED lights, new grille, badging and build plates on the inside and in the engine bay.
If you’re one of the 100 buyers you’ll need to stump up USD$149,500.
